Here lieth interred the Body of William Kennerly who departed this Life the 28th Day of April 1777 in the 73d Year of his Age. 

Under this Stone lies a most loving Friend

To serve his Neighbours always would attend

His Mind to goodness constantly was bent

Therefore unto the Lord his Time he spent.
